How do I place an order?

Open the product page, select your colour or package, choose a quantity, and click Add to Cart. Review your cart and proceed to checkout to enter your delivery details and complete payment.

How do I choose a colour or bundle?

Select an available option on the product page. Check the selected option, quantity, and price before adding it to your cart. Bundle contents are shown in the option name or product description.

Where do you ship?

Available destinations are shown in the country selector at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

How much does shipping cost?

Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Please read our Shipping Policy for more details.

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for processing and estimated delivery times. Delivery estimates can vary by destination and carrier.

How do I check my order status?

Visit Track My Order and submit your order number and the email address used at checkout. This form sends an order-status request to our support team; it does not display live tracking results.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you want to make. We will check whether the request can still be processed. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request under our Return & Refund Policy.
